30 CFM Vacuum Pump

The Vac-30 is a market-driven innovation inspired by the BBA Pumps MP50. Our version, the VAC-30, utilizes key internal components shared with our Vac-50, optimizing development and production costs. We’ve innovated by using a shaft and connecting rod similar to the Vac-50. The original MP-50 mechanism uses bearings in the connecting rod bushing, an actuator shaft with a groove, and a semi-split bushing.

The BRPP actuator shaft guide bearing is made of steel with a bronze bushing, replacing the original BBA bronze. Despite these modifications, the rotating assembly is compatible with the BBA base and can completely replace it.

The base cover gaskets have been replaced with O-rings, and the remaining aluminum parts are interchangeable. The VAC-30 is more compact, making it ideal for compact equipment setups with 4 and 6-inch centrifugal pumps.
